Evelyn’s passion for people development has led her down the road of personal coaching as she believes ‘that everyone has a gift to be realised to its full potential’.
How do you define success?
Success means different things to different people. I was looking at the latest rich list and I was thinking that now is the time to create a new list called ‘The Inner Rich List’ – and start recognising people who are inspiring us, people who give and people who experienced that giving makes them happy. The people who care for their local communities, and especially the women who inspire and lead, who are my true heroes. I feel connected to them and their vision inspires me to develop and manifest my own desire to help others, making my own development journey sustainable. Success is maybe about power and money, but, most definitely, it is about who you become, and how you feel about who you are. Sharing your inner wisdom, what you have learned from life’s lessons, feeling rich inside, showing your gratitude for others, making yourself attractive to your dream life, to your dream relationship, to your dream team, these are the pillars of success for me.
You are a highly success business analyst and certified project manager, skilled in organising high-end events, just to mention a few aspects of your entrepreneurial realm. You have founded and co-founded several organisations, including a charity called the Royal Initiative against Poverty and Starvation, as well as being a successful property investor. Tell us, what more don’t we know about your projects?
Royal Initiative against Poverty and Starvation is a non-profit organisation working alongside international institutions like the UN to eradicate poverty in line with ‘sustainable development goals’ SDG1.
I am the founder of The Perfect Package Company, a company dedicated to taking the stress out of event organising. The Perfect Package Company also serves as a directory for anyone who wants to find the best vendors to make their events successful, and they sell a range of products. My background as a project manager has added value along the years, not only to my own business but my clients’ success. I run each project with the belief that an event is not just another project but a chance to succeed. My focus is to plan and deliver a project within time, budget and quality. I have used these principles not only in my professional life, but in my personal life too.
What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
I loved the freedom of choice and the ability to have more control over what I do. I love putting my creativity to work and delivering great solutions as an entrepreneur, which I felt unable to express in a 9-5 job. My dreams have become a reality as an entrepreneur, as there are essentially no limits when you listen to your heart.
There are many women, just like me, who are ready to take control of their own life, and deserve to enjoy financial freedom, women who must learn how to leave behind a past of struggles, challenges, abuse and exclusion, and become more. I call them Victorious Ladies and I created a group with the same name, as I believe that women are integral to society and each one of us is very relevant to building happy and strong communities. My passion is to make an impact on community but specifically to empower women to reach their full potential.
My goal as a personal life coach is working with women who want to reach their true potential. Nothing makes me happier than helping another woman becoming confident enough to start leading her own life. Nobody needs permission to become a better person! My passion for helping people develop their unique talents has led me down the road of personal coaching. I believe that everyone has a gift to be unleashed to its full potential. This is what drives me to never give up until I reach my goal, and what drives me to help others fulfil their big dreams.
