The chatbot currently operates through a partnership with The Medi Community Resource Center , a nonprofit in North Charleston, South Carolina that connects communities with healthcare and social programmes. The Medi uses technology for efficient, safe and equitable information exchange, focusing on social determinants of health by building referral networks.
