Visitors to the Paris Motor Show can play PAC-MAN Championship Edition inside a Zeekr 7GT this week, using their smartphones as controllers while the car's ambient lighting changes with the game. The demonstration on Zeekr's stand in Hall 5.2 is the first public showing of a partnership between Zeekr, the premium electric car brand owned by China's Geely Auto, and AirConsole, a gaming platform for car screens made by N-Dream in Zurich.

AirConsole will be offered in select Zeekr models before the end of 2026 as part of Zeekr Connected Premium, the brand's top connected-services package. The show runs from 12 to 18 October at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

## PAC-MAN Championship Edition in the Zeekr 7GT

The game runs directly in the 7GT's infotainment system, on the car's 15-inch OLED central screen. Passengers join by scanning a QR code with their phones, which then work as controllers, so there is no extra hardware to buy or set up.

PAC-MAN Championship Edition is Bandai Namco's update of the arcade game, first released for the Xbox 360 in 2007, and comes to the car through AirConsole's collaboration with Bandai Namco Entertainment. In the Zeekr, the game is [linked to the cabin's ambient lighting](https://www.sovereignmagazine.com/article/2027-vw-atlas-tetris-airconsole), so the lights react to the action on screen.

## AirConsole's First Partner in the Geely Auto Group

> "Zeekr moves fast and this makes it a natural fit for AirConsole. As our first partnership within Geely Auto Group, it's also a sign of where we see the next wave of in-car entertainment coming from: a new generation of automakers treating infotainment and in-car technology as a core part of the driving experience."
> — Anthony Cliquot, CEO of N-Dream

Zeekr began delivering cars in October 2021 and has delivered more than 900,000 since. It became a wholly owned part of Geely Auto in December 2025, when the two companies completed a merger that took Zeekr off the New York Stock Exchange.

AirConsole already runs in more than 5 million vehicles from BMW, [Volkswagen](https://www.sovereignmagazine.com/article/airconsole-volkswagen-2027-atlas-tiguan-in-car-gaming), Audi, Porsche, Škoda and Tata Motors. N-Dream, which developed AirConsole, is [a subsidiary of the Indian automotive software company KPIT Technologies](https://www.sovereignmagazine.com/article/how-kpit-acquired-n-dream-three-times-and-why-that-actually-makes-sense).

## The Zeekr 7GT and Zeekr in Europe

The 7GT is an electric estate car, sold in China as the 007 GT. Zeekr unveiled the European version at the Brussels Motor Show in January, and deliveries began in July, with prices starting at €47,990 in Germany. It runs on an 800-volt system and has a range of up to 655 km on the WLTP test with its 100 kWh battery.

In Paris, Zeekr is showing its full European range: the 9X flagship SUV, the 7X mid-size SUV, the compact Zeekr X, the 001 shooting brake and the 7GT. Zeekr Europe sells in 22 countries, from Sweden and Norway to Spain, Greece and Poland, and the brand has R&D centres in Sweden, Germany and the UK, with a design studio in Gothenburg. In Australia, where Zeekr has sold more than 10,000 cars, the 7GT is expected to go on sale in late 2026.

"Our partnership with AirConsole gives us an opportunity to explore how gaming can become part of the connected in-car experience. We are looking forward to giving Paris Motor Show visitors a first-hand look at what that can mean for time spent in our premium vehicles," said Lothar Schupet, CEO of Zeekr Europe.

## AirConsole in Zeekr Connected Premium

Zeekr Connected Premium is an annual subscription. It includes data for up to five hours of video and audio streaming, navigation with real-time traffic and satellite maps, geofence alerts through Zeekr Guard, on-demand video through Zeekr Entertainment and an in-car hotspot. Zeekr shows the price in its app rather than on its website.

Zeekr's in-car entertainment in Europe has so far centred on streaming, through an entertainment hub it launched with the software company 3SS. AirConsole adds multiplayer games to that package, played on the car's own screen with passengers' phones.
