Wetour Robotics Limited (NASDAQ: WETO), an Austin-based wearable robotics company, has signed a 24-month multi-site commercial agreement with an international trade and logistics company operating warehouse and logistics facilities in the United States, the company announced on 22 July 2026.

The framework commits $500,000 in non-refundable fees and carries potential aggregate fees of up to $20 million across as many as 20 US warehouse sites. The deal marks Wetour's first significant commercial foothold in North America and establishes what the company calls a repeatable deployment model for its flagship platform, Orchestra.

The agreement includes a five-day written termination clause, exercisable by either party without cause, in whole or in part. That provision tempers the $20 million headline figure, which is contingent on full expansion across all planned sites.
