Robinhood announced on July 22, 2026 that eligible Platinum Card cardholders can receive a complimentary annual membership to Function Health, a health data and laboratory testing company, as one of the card's flagship benefits. The membership, which Function prices at $365 per year, includes what the company says is access to more than 160 lab tests, twice-yearly testing cycles, and clinician-reviewed results delivered through a single platform.

The Robinhood Platinum Card is currently rolling out on an invite-only basis. The addition of a health testing benefit to a fintech credit card product reflects a broader pattern in premium financial services: competing on lifestyle and longevity infrastructure, not only on rates or rewards points.

Function positions itself as a longitudinal health data platform. The company claims its membership covers testing across categories including heart function, hormones, thyroid, liver, kidneys, heavy metal exposures, nutrient levels, inflammation markers, and what it describes as potential cancer signals.
