Academic work on the 2024 US presidential election found that [Polymarket predicted the result better than traditional polling did](https://arxiv.org/abs/2507.08921). The traders who priced those markets have mostly worked out of private channels and Discord servers. Some of them now have a newsroom.

Eventual, based in San Francisco, publishes written pieces daily and a show twice a week, on a data partnership with Polymarket. It describes the show as live weekly coverage of [prediction markets](https://www.sovereignmagazine.com/article/legal-sports-betting-flat-prediction-markets-253513), the sharps who trade them, and the events that move the odds.
