Many businesses go overlooked as a whole in the modern working world, but when you’ve got a small business of your own that you really want to succeed, you need to be sure you’re putting as much time and attention into it as possible.
After all, you need an eye for detail in order to fit together the big picture, and it’s important to know where your focus is likely to slip whilst you go about the normal working day.

Being well scheduled means you keep to a calendar, and all of the necessary and relevant information to dates in your business go onto this calendar. For example, think about the tax dates in your business. Without needing to look it up, do you know when they occur? Because if you don’t, there’s a good chance you haven’t scheduled them in to keep track of, and that can be very bad for business!
Organising the office is one of the best things you can do to improve productivity around your working environment. If you’ve got a structured and neat working space to get stuck into, the brain feels a lot more comfortable to focus on what you need it to, rather than all the little distractions around it.
So, it might be time to get the office organised into something more neat and tidy.
