“We are living in a fast moving economy, which requires new human centered skills. (…) awaken the true feminine potential, where collaboration, empathy and creativity are key skills for leadership.”Yulia Stark
Yulia Stark is the founder of FAB academy, an international training program for professional women. Running signature conferences and workshops in US, UK, China East and West Europe, Yulia is a woman on a mission to build bridges between countries and strengthen the international community.
After a successful career working as a private banker in Brussels, Geneva and Luxembourg, Yulia decided to start up her own consultancy agency.
“I saw an opportunity to focus on female business owners, as they were and still are in minority.
I conducted a research study to understand why business women are a minority when it comes to leading or starting a business and I concluded the two main reasons:
– Women are more risk averse, especially when they become mothers
– Women feel often insecure (even if they are so talented, creative and educated)
This realisation inspired me to bring equality into the business world we are working in. Our mission is big, but we inspire, train and connect women.
Often we think that we need to choose between success, health and relationships. We get lost in the fast moving world we are living in. To own a successful business requires to build a loving relationship with yourself and your loved ones and become full of energy, a life force, regardless your age.”
FEELING FABULOUS IN YOUR OWN SKIN
Inspired by travel adventures and nature, Yulia learned to open her heart to new insights, ideas and cultures and find the inner peace she needs to explore new possibilities.
“We have learned to man-up to be successful. To use mainly our IQ to reach our goals. But in the new world, we will rely more on EQ (according to the report of World Economic Forum), empathy and connection. By embracing your natural feminine essence, you can achieve your goals faster and easier and you are actually helping the world to become a better place.
My mother has taught me love, respect and the power of believing in yourself. From day one, she repeated that she believes in me, that I am talented, beautiful, unique human being, and I can achieve it everything I want in life. That unconditional love and faith in me gave me power to create this big positive impact on the world.”
