Fal, which runs image, video and audio generation models for businesses including Adobe, Shopify and Canva, has spoken to investors about raising money at a $15 billion valuation, The Information reported Sept. 25. Fireworks AI, whose customers include Uber, DoorDash and Notion, has considered raising at $30 billion, according to the same report, which cited people familiar with the matter. Neither company has confirmed the talks.

Both companies sell AI inference, running trained models on graphics processors so that other businesses can put AI features into their products without operating the servers themselves. A $15 billion price would be nearly double the roughly $8 billion valuation Fal reportedly reached in a funding round this spring. One person told The Information that the negotiations are at an early stage and that Fal could lift its target to between $17 billion and $20 billion.

Fal's annualized revenue has reached $800 million, a person familiar with the matter told The Information, up from $400 million in March and $200 million in October 2025.
