Rashida Nasamu is the Chief Executive of Izar Group. She holds a Masters in International Public Relations from the U.K. and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the university of Ghana.

She is One of  a few young ladies at the helm of affairs on fast growing businesses with diverse affiliation in Ghana today. She has embarked on several projects under affiliates of the Izar Group including strategic communication consultancy for multi national companies, public and private sector, construction, skill development and charity.

Rashida believes in the positive power of a woman in creating a change on all facets of life through empowerment.

She is a youth wealth creation advocate.
